- TWO RIVERS MAN DIES SUDDENLY, SEEK CHILDREN...JOHN BARTLINE VICTIM OF HEART TROUBLE HAS FIVE CHILDREN WHOSE WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN
John Bartline, a Two Rivers man, died suddenly at the home Jacob Geimer Monday, death being due to an attack of heart failure which Bartline suffered while going to his room at the Geimer home. The fall of the body was heard by the members of the family who, investigating, found Bartline dead on the floor. He been in poor health for some time but his condition had caused no alarm.
Bartline came to Two Rivers 17 years ago and for years was employed in the plant of the Eggers Veneer Company and later was employed by the city. He is survived by two daughters and three sons. The whereabouts of his children is not known, but an effort is being made to locate them. He has a brother-in-law, Martin Metz, who resides at Cooperstown.
