      This is to certify that I the undersigned Catholic Priest
      residing in Green Bay, Brown county have joined in the holy
      bands of Matrimony Pierre Bellanger aged 19 years, born in
      Wisconsin of John and Susanna Bellanger, and now a farmer
      residing in this county, and Adeline Verboncaur aged 16
      years also born in Wisconsin of Henry and Felicite
      Verboncaur. Both parties are of a white complexion. The
      marriage ceremony has taken place in the Church of St. John
      in Green Bay, according to the Catholic ritual on the 16th
      day of July A.D. 1855, in presence of Eliza Bellanger and
      Philomena Verboncaur of this county, as to blood of
      witnesses. I moreover certify that John Bellanger father of
      Pierre Bellanger, and that Henry Verboncaur father of
      Adeline Verboncaur have given their full consent to said
      marriage in presence of the above said witnesses. Finally, I
      certify that I have duly sworn according to law, Pierre
      Bellanger and that I have found no impediment to his
      marriage. In faith whereof I have signed the present
      certificate in Green Bay on the 16th day of July A.D. 1855.
